As a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist and independent mortgage broker based in Tennessee, I help retirees and their families turn home equity into practical solutions for real-life needs. With a background in elder law, Medicaid planning, and healthcare administration, I understand both the financial and caregiving challenges that come with aging – not just the numbers on a loan application.

I work with homeowners 55+ who want to age in place safely, increase monthly cash flow, pay for home care, right-size or relocate, or simply create a more secure financial cushion in retirement. Together, we review your full picture—income, assets, benefits, and family goals—and explore whether a reverse mortgage, HELOC alternative, or other creative financing option is appropriate.

My role is to educate, not pressure. I take time to explain how each option works, what it costs, and how it may impact your estate, taxes, and eligibility for future planning. I am also happy to include adult children, caregivers, financial advisors, and attorneys in the conversation so everyone is on the same page.
