I specialize in helping seniors and their families navigate life’s housing transitions with clarity, care, and respect. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Senior Placement Advisor, I assist older adults who are downsizing, aging in place, relocating to a 55+ community, or transitioning to assisted or independent living.

I proudly serve High Point, NC and surrounding Triad communities, as well as Myrtle Beach, SC and nearby coastal areas. With over 20 years of real estate experience, I understand not only the market—but the emotional side of these decisions, which are often just as important.

As an only child who actively helps care for my senior mother, I approach every client situation as if I were helping my own parent. That perspective shapes everything I do. I take time to listen, explain options clearly, and coordinate with family members, lenders, attorneys, and senior living providers when needed.
