How do you do? My name is Trisha Torrey.
I’m the founder and developer of AgeSmart! 411.
And let me introduce my sidekick (as in, Aging Specialist, friend, and incredibly talented curator of all things important to those of us in our later years), Heather Evanson Brooks.

If you are an older adult who is determined to age independently while maintaining, even improving, your quality of life, and if you are looking for more information, good ideas, expertise to guide and support you – you’ve found a great place to do so!
If you are the child or loved one of an independent senior who wishes to stay independent and you know you need more help, tools, and advice to support them – then you’ve found a great place to do so, too!
And further, if you are an expert, a professional who provides such support to aging adults, then this is a great place for you to show off your expertise, services, and products to them.
